How far is it to Jyske Bank Arena?
Jyske Bank Arena is part of the Odense Congress Center and is located on the same site as the hotel. You can walk from the hotel to the Arena in 2-3 minutes.
How far is it from the city centre and highway?
It is 6 km directly to the city centre and 4 km to the highway.
When can I check in and check out?
You can check in at OCC from 2 pm onwards. The reception is staffed 24 hours a day and only closes a few days a year. The room must be vacated no later than 10 am on weekdays or 11 am on weekends.
How many parking spaces are there, and does it cost anything to park?
We have 1,900 parking spaces, and parking is free.
Is there a hairdryer in the room?
Yes! Then there will be more space in the suitcase for your other things.
Are there ironing boards and irons in the rooms?
Yes – there is an ironing board and iron in all rooms.
Are there double beds in the rooms?
All rooms, including single rooms, have double beds.
Do you have family rooms?
We have 10 family rooms with room for 2 adults and 2-3 children.
What does it cost for a child to stay? How much does it cost for a child to stay overnight?
A child costs DKK 350 in an extra bed.
Can you choose not to have breakfast?
Breakfast is included in the price and cannot be deducted from the price – unless you specifically have chosen the stay without breakfast. Breakfast can be purchased for DKK 150.
Is there a gym in the hotel?
The hotel has a gym that can be used freely by our guests.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
You are welcome to bring pets to the hotel. It costs DKK 200 per pet, per day.
Where can I smoke?
OCC is a non-smoking hotel and therefore smoking is not allowed inside. We have several covered areas outside in the hotel courtyard where smoking is permitted. There is a fine of DKK 1,500 if you smoke in the rooms and DKK 3,000 if you smoke in, for example, the Cellar Bar or other “public” areas at Odense Congress Center.
Are there ATMs?
There are no ATMs, at the Congress Center but most credit cards can be used when paying for the room, in the bar, and the restaurant.
Is there access to wireless internet?
At OCC we offer free access to wireless internet in the hotel area and surrounding areas – you can log in with your wireless device without a code.
What can you do at OCC?
At OCC, there is free access to our lounge. Our staff are always helpful to indicate jogging routes on a trail system in scenic surroundings. When is the restaurant open?
The restaurant is open Monday to Friday from 6:30 am – 22 pm, Saturday from 7 am – 22 pm and Sunday 7 am – 10.30 am (breakfast only). Please note, that the kitchen closes at. 9:00 pm.

I have food intolerances/allergies. Is your kitchen “allergy aware”?
Yes we are. Our kitchen can customise all meals for your allergy.
If you suffer from celiac disease and want bread, this must be notified to the hotel no later than two days before your arrival.
