Our three large halls – of three different sizes – are all located close to the meeting rooms, and we are happy to help with both set-up, and dismantling, as well as all your IT needs. Straight to the door - quickly and efficiently
When many people gather to meet, efficiency is essential – also regarding transport. Fortunately, the path to OCC is easy. Only a 3-minute drive from the major E20 motorway, 1,900 free parking spaces, and the possibility of being dropped off by a regular and efficient bus service, right at the entrance, ensure you have as much time together as possible. If you are traveling by train to the airports, the bus leaves to and from the station several times an hour - simple.

At OCC, we have many hands available to help you both before, during, and after your event. You are always guaranteed a single point of contact from our Guest Team, who will support you with your planning. The door to our office in the foyer is always open - and we are happy to help you welcome your guests, we guide you when changing meeting rooms and also say a pleasant goodbye when the event is over.
When you require an overnight stay or two
We offer 109 newly renovated hotel rooms at our own Hotel Odense, located with direct access to the meeting rooms. Do you need even more? We also have 234 rooms at our new sister hotel, Hotel Odeon, in the heart of Odense - and we are happy to coordinate both accommodation and transport with the city's other hotels.

In the heart of Denmark with less than two hours to Copenhagen and fantastic infrastructure for both road, rail, and air - you can cater to colleagues from all corners of the globe.
One arrangement - one point of contact
Meetings are about trust - and for us, it is important that you feel safe. Therefore, you always have only one primary contact person with us, who handles both planning and coordination with the trade fair department, transport, other hotels, the service department, and our kitchen. Your contact person is your guarantee of peace of mind - all the way.
Even more beds in Odense
In October 2018, OCC's sister hotel, Hotel Odeon, opened in the fairytale city of Odense. The 234 new rooms bring Odense and the Odense Congress Center into the top-5 of possible venues for very large national meetings, international congresses, and large events in Denmark.
