Large rooms

The more people you meet, the more important logistics become. You need to spend time together, not walking from one place to another, and it should be easy to split into smaller teams and reconvene. You can do that at OCC.

All our halls have their own foyer area where you can meet and register your guests at the door. From here, it's just a few steps to the meeting areas, all of which are different sizes, so you're guaranteed exactly the setting you need - every time.

The foyers can also be used actively - e.g. for exhibitions, sampling, etc. - and also serve as small oases where you can recharge your batteries, work in groups or simply grab a coffee between presentations.

Scattered throughout the OCC - but only a stone's throw from each other - are a number of break-out rooms that can be used for smaller meetings and workshops.

In a nutshell: If your meeting, conference or congress needs to be light, elegant, efficient and with room to breathe, we have the setting at OCC.
